x = the angle
90 - x = its complement {complementary angles add up to 90°}

x = 90 - x + 15 {an angle equals 15 more than its complement}
x = 75 - x {combined like terms}
2x = 75 {added x to both sides}
x = 37.5 {divided both sides by 2}
90 - x = 52.5 {substituted 37.5, in for x, into 90 - x}

37.5° and 52.5° are the two angles
