(1/2)y = -5x+7
y = -10x+14
slope = -10
intercep = 14
----------------------------------
1.3x-1.4y=3.64 graph
Multiply thru by 100 to get rid of the decimals
130x - 140y = 364
Solve for "y":
140y = 130x-364
y = (13/14)x - 2.6
