Use the equation to determine f(x)=0
f(x)=-3cos(pie x - pie/2)-2
-3cos(πx-π/2)-2=0
cos(πx-π/2)=-2/3
(πx-π/2)=2.30 radians
πx=2.3+π/2=3.87
x=3.87/π≈1.23
