200 workers build 2 miles of road in 3 weeks so they build 2/3 of a mile per week,
We can view this as 100 workers building 1/3 of a mile per week.
Each worker builds 1/300 of a mile per week.
.
To build 5 miles in 6 weeks, you have to build 5/6 of a mile per week.
.
1/300 * x = 5/6
.
x = 1500/6
.
x = 250
.
It would take 250 workers to build 5 miles of road in 6 weeks.
