4(2x+3)/4*5 - 5(x-2)/5*4 = 10/10*2
4(2x+3)/20 - 5(x-2)/20 = 10/20
4(2x+3) - 5(x-2) = 10
8x+12-5x+10=10
8x-5x=10-10-12
3x=-12
x=-12/3
x=-4
