Both monomials are divisible by a common factor; this means that we can "factor" it out so that it can later be distributed back.
You can divide both parts by 3 and by x%5E3, therefore you can factor out 3x%5E3.
The solution thus becomes 3x%5E3%286-5x%5E3%29 because when you use the distributive property, you get the original equation back.
