You can put this solution on YOUR website! Since that is what it says on your math homework, I would try to find the slope of the line that passes through those two points.
subtract the second y from the first 1-3=-2
subtract the second x from the first 0-(-6)=6
divide the first answer by the second answer -2/6=-1/3
