To solve questions like this, I divide the number by the number of consecutive integers being asked (in this case 3).
Ex. 237 / 3 = 79
Being you need consecutive odd integers, go two below (77) and two above (81) to offset the difference. And there you have it.
77 + 79 + 81= 237
