You can put this solution on YOUR website! one in four americans own stock, in a random sample of ten people, what is the probability that the number owning individual stocks is?
-----
Binomial Problem with n = 10 and p = 0.25
----
I used a TI-84 calculator to get the following answers.
--------------------------
Exactly 2 = 0.2816
At most 2 = binomcdf(10,0.25,2) = 0.5256
More than 2 = 1 - 0.5256 = 0.4744
