By looking at it, I see that +sqrt%28+r+%2B+8+%29+
must equal +7+
Then I have +-28+=+-28+
+sqrt%28+r+%2B+8+%29+=+7+
Square both sides
+r+%2B+8+=+49+
+r+=+41+
