Question 511660: The number N, in millions of hearing impaired individuals of age x can be approximated by N -0.00006x^3+0.006x^2-0.1x+1.9. Approximate to the nearest million the number of hearing impaired individuals of ages 25 and 35.
(If anyone could explain steps on how to solve this, it would be much appreciated.) Answer by richard1234(7193) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Simply replace x with 25 and simplify (you may want a calculator). Similarly, do the same with x = 35.
