8+3.5h=18.5

y = 3.5(x-1) + 8
.
y = 3.5x -3.5 + 8
.
y = 3.5x + 4.5
.

.
18.50 = 3.5x + 4.5
3.5x = 18.50 -4.5
x = 14/3.5
x = 4
