You can put this solution on YOUR website!
log(3) (x+7) - 3log(3) 2 = log(3) x

Since your want to "solve" this I will assume your + should be =.
Keep in mind, this is all base 3:
log(x+7) - log3^3 = logx
log[(x+7)/27]=logx
Since the logs are equal the numbers must be equal.
(x+7)/27=x
x+7=27x
26x=7
x=7/26
