Question 508757: Im sorry if i bother anybody but i really wish someone could please help me to solve these two problems i have read and reread the examples provided on my book but i still cant quite understand it well enough could someone please help me and explain it too me i need help with number 1 and number 3 i will truly appreciate it
For #1, it says that g(x) = -3 if x <= -4, g(x) = x if -4 < x < 2, and g(x) = -x+6 if x >= 2. Simply graph all three "pieces" on the same coordinate plane.
For #3 you will have to "reverse-engineer" this. Take each part and note which x-values it is defined under, then find a linear equation with the correct slope and y-intercept.
