"Form a linear pair" is essentially the same as supplementary. Hence,

m1 + m2 = 180 --> m1 = 180 - m2
m2 + m3 = 180 --> m3 = 180 - m2

Hence m1 and m3 are congruent.

To write a two-column proof, simply write out each step in a table, and justify each one (i.e. why is it true?).
