Let's call g, the number of good songs that Billy Joel has recorded
Then g+184 is how many bad songs he has recorded.

25/2 = g+184 / g
Now let's cross multiply so that we get...
25g = 2(g+184)
distribute the 2
25g = 2g + 368
23g = 368
g = 16
Billy Joel has recorded 16 good songs.
