Question 507336: Please help me with this. I'm suppose to simplify and answer with only positive exponents (3/2)^8 (3/2)^-5 (3/2)^-4 I'm not sure what to do with the 3/2 am I raising to the power and then multipling them. I do know that with the (3/2) that have the negative exponents I flip them to (2/3) but I'm just not sure what to do with all of it together. Thank you for any help you can give.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
simplify and answer with only positive exponents
(3/2)^8 (3/2)^-5 (3/2)^-4
----
= (3/2)^(8-5-4)
---
= (3/2)^(-1)
----
= 2/3
