J+25 = 3(J-10)  Solve that and get 27%261%2F2

It doesn't come out a whole number of years.  But it's correct.
Because if James is 27%261%2F2 now, in 25 years he will be 52%261%2F2.
10 years ago he was 17%261%2F2 and if you multiply 17%261%2F2 by
3 you will get 52%261%2F2.  So 27%261%2F2 is correct if you
copied the problem correctly.
