The sum of three consecutive even integers is between 36 and 54. Find all sets of intergers that satisfy this condition.
let the 3 consecutive even integers be 2n-2,2n,2n+2
their sum = 2n-2+2n+2n+2=6n
36<6n<54
6 hence n=7 or 8
hence the numbers are
2*7-2=12,14,16........or
2*8-2=14,16,18
