soda 0 ---------------- 3 quarts
fruit juice 45 ---------------- x quarts
Mixture 30 ---------------- 3 + x quarts

0 * 3 + 45 x = 30 ( 3 + x )
0 + 45 x = 90 + 30 x
45 x + -30 x = 90 - 0
15 x = 90
/ 15
x = 6
6 quarts of 45 % fruit juice
