so, the tens digit must be either 8 or 9
if the sum of the digits is 15, and the tens digit must be either 8 or 9, then the one's digit must be 7 or 6
so, 87 is one possibility, and 96 is another that obviously does not fit because we are GIVEN that number is less than 95
