end up with a number that looks like this:

+1.6%2A9.9%2A10%5E4%2A10%5E6+ ( just regrouping the 4 factors)
+15.84%2A10%5E10+ (add the exponents)
Now you want 1.584 instead of +15.84+, so
use this conversion:
+15.84+=+1.584%2A10%5E1+
Now you have
+1.584%2A10%5E1%2A10%5E10+
+1.584%2A10%5E11+ (add the exponents again)
