Using a calculator to find the inverse of sin(0.46): 
arcsin(.46)=27.39º 
180+27.39=207.39º 
360-27.39=332.61º

It might help to remember that the one side of the reference angle is always the x axis, that is, it is the angle the terminal side makes with the x-axis.
