Angles A and B are complementary angles. Determine the measures of angles A and B if angle B is 2 less than three times the size of angle A.
Any assistance will help. Thank You in advance. Answer by cleomenius(959) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! 3x + x -2 = 90
4x - 2 = 90
4x = 92
x = 23 degrees the first angle.
3(23) - 2 = 67 degrees = the second angle.
67 + 23 = 90 degrees.
This does check.
