You can put this solution on YOUR website! Y=mX+b or Y=-5/3X+b SUBSTITUTING 4 FOR X & 2 FOR Y WE GET 2=-5/3*4+b or
2=-20/3+b or b=2+20/3 or b=(6+20)/3 or b=26/3 or
Y=-5/3X+26/3
