You can put this solution on YOUR website! Think of the = sign as a balance point, and you have to
make both sides balance. So, if you add something to
one side, you have to add it to the other side.
If you take something away from one side, you have to
take it away from the other side.
Simplifying just means making it look less complicated.
Probably ending up with fewer terms.
