0.6x+5<1.4x-8 subtract 1.4x and also 5 from each side
0.6x-1.4x+5-5<1.4x-1.4x-8-5 collect like terms
-0.8x<-13 multiply each side by -1 (Must now change the inequality sign)
0.8x>13
x>16.25
