Add their rates and make the sum
equal to ( 1 job ) / ( x hours )

Multiply both sides by +84x+
+12x+%2B+7x+=+84+
+19x+=+84+
+x+=+4.421+ hours
+4.421%2A60+=+265.26+ minutes
+.26%2A60+=+16+ seconds
It will take them 265 minutes and 16 seconds
