You can put this solution on YOUR website!
[4/w] + [3w/(w^2-4)] - [(2w+1)/(w^2-4w+4)]
-------
lcd = w(w+2)(w-2)^2
----
Rewrite each fraction with the lcd as its denominator:
-----
= [4(w+2)(w-2)^2/lcd] + [3w*w(w-2)/lcd] - [(2w+1)w(w+2)/lcd]
----
Combine the numerators over the lcd:
----
= [4(w+2)(w-2)^2 + 3w*w(w-2) - (2w+1)w(w+2)] / lcd
----
I'll leave the rest to you.
