You can put this solution on YOUR website!
12/sqrt(2) = sqrt(144)/sqrt(2) = sqrt(72) = sqrt(9)*sqrt(4)*sqrt(2) = 3*2*sqrt(2) = 6*sqrt(2)
Basically you first take 12 and put that it terms of a square root: 12 squared equals 144 so 12 = sqrt(144). Then, once you have all your terms in square root form you can do basic division to get 144/2=72. Once you have your square root in terms of one number, you look for your factors which of 72 is 3*3*2*2*2=72, which give you the answer 6*sqrt(2).
