Question 492595: Two angles are supplementary and one angle has a measure that is third of the other angle. Find the measure of both angles. Answer by cleomenius(959) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! x + 3x = 180
4x = 180
x = 45 degrees The smaller angle
3(45) = 135 degrees The other angle.
45 degrees and 135 degrees = 180 degrees.
This does check.
