I need to know how to set this problem up-thank you

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
the 1st train travels for 5 hr (7:00 - 2:00)
the 2nd train travels for 3 hr (7:00 - 4:00)
when the 2nd overtakes the 1st, they have traveled the same distance

r * t = d ___ R1 * 5 = R2 * 3

R1 + 24 = R2

solve using substitution
