You can put this solution on YOUR website!
It seems job satisfaction is dependent on experience.
When experience is greater than 5, you are much more likely to be satisfied.
There is a direct relationship:
percent of inexperienced who are satisfied are 75%2F175+=+.43 or 43%
percent of experienced who are satisfied are 50%2F75+=+.66 or 66%

--------------------
Ho: The factors are independent
Ha: The factors are not independent
--------------
I ran a Chi-Square Test on the 2 by 2 data set
and got the following results:
---
Test Statistic: chi-sq = 11.9048
p-value = 0.0005599
-------------
Conclusion:
Since the p-value is less than 1%, reject Ho
at the 1% significance level.
The test does not support the independence of the factors.
