You can put this solution on YOUR website! They are almost the same thing stated a little differently.
Associative propertty: Can be added or multiplied in any order and you will get the proper answer.
Distributive properties: This refers more to the order of operations where multiplication is done before addition. Multiplying a sum of individual terms is the same as multiplying each term seperately and then adding.
