y = 5x + 1 .........II
y = x + 1 ...........III
y = –5x + 5 .........IV
COEFFICIENTS OF Y AND X IN THE 2 EQNS MUST BE SAME OR IN PROPORTION.
I & IV HAVE SAME COEFFICIENTS...1 FOR Y AND -5 FOR X
