Let the angle be A, then its supplement is (180-A) and its complement is (90-A).
180-A = (180-2(90-A))-36 Simplify.
180-A = 180-180+2A-36
180-A = 2A-36 Add A to both sides.
180 = 3A-36 Add 36 to both sides.
216 = 3A Finally, divide both sides by 3.
72 = A
The supplement of A is 180-A
180-72 = 108 degrees.
