You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x1 y1 x2 y2
9 10 3 -2

slope m = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
( -2 - 10 )/( 3 - 9 )
( -12 / -6 )
m= 2

Plug value of the slope and point ( 9 , 10 ) in
Y = m x + b
10.00 = 18 + b
b= 10 - 18
b= -8
So the equation will be
Y = 2 x -8
slope = 2
slope of perpendicular line = -1/2
x intercept
y=0
2x-8=0
2x=8
x=4
(4,0) and slope -1/2
Plug value of the slope and point ( 4 , 0 ) in
Y = m x + b
0 = -2 + b
b= 0 - -2
b= 2
So the equation will be
Y = - 1/2 x + 2
