You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
Nothing to solve, but you simplify it by knowing that exponents of exponents simply multiply.
so becomes (a^(2/3)*b^(-2))^-3
and due to distribution of exponent over factors,
on to a^(-2)*b^(6)
=(b^6)/a^2
