You can put this solution on YOUR website! "quantitative data to collect" is a wordy way to say "count", although it could also include fractions. Stick to "count".
E.g., you could count the times "I can't understand clearly" when you hear or read something. Not a great choice.
Or count the number of times you hear "whatever".
Just pick something that can be counted.
Each day start the AM count from 0. At noon, freeze that count and start the PM count at 0. This will give you 2 counts (data points) every day, for 10 days it appears.
