I multiplied each part by 3 to get rid of the fractions and got
-20<=-2-6y<=10
Then I added 2 to each side to get rid of the -2
-18<=-6y<=12
Then I divided by -6 and got
3<=y<=-6
That is what I got for my final answer. The answer the teacher gave us said

You can put this solution on YOUR website! When one multiplies or divides by negative number, the inequality reverses.
So /(-6) result is
3>=y>=-2 as teacher said.
Note: you also didn't computer the 3rd term well (-2 not -6).
