Given equation is in standard form with slope 1/2 and y-intercept=5.
You already have one point on the line=5. All you need is a second point to draw the line.
To find the second point, start from 5 on the y-axis then move up one unit and 2 units to the right or one unit down two units left (rise/run). As a check, you can plug in an x-value like 2 and see if y falls on the line you drew.
