Get lines in the form y = mx + b ,where m is slope
If m%281%29+=+m%282%29, they are parallel
If m%281%29+=+-1%2Fm%282%29, they are perpendicular
If neither is true, they are not parallel or perpendicullar
x+-+6y+=+30
-6y+=+-x+%2B+30
y+=+6x+-+5

6x+%2B+y+=+6
y+=+-6x+%2B+6
m%281%29+=+6 and m%282%29+=+-6, so neither of the first
2 conditions is satisfied, so they're not parallel or
