You can put this solution on YOUR website!
In logic it can mean NOT the variable beneath.
In decimal fractions it means repeat these digits beneath.
1/3 = 0.3 (with over-dash, fonts are not good)
In most other cases, it's a notation defined by the author for just about anything relevant.
