Question 483469: Angle P and Angle Q are supplementary angles. If Angle Q is 10 less than 4 times Angle P, what are the measures of the two angles? Found 2 solutions by cleomenius, MathTherapy:Answer by cleomenius(959) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! (4x + 10) + x = 180
5x = 170
x = 34 This is angle p.
34* 4 = 136 + 10 = 146 This is angle Q.
146 + 34 = 180. This checks.
