I need someone to help me figure out which way to go with this one also. Will one of the tutors help me to get the correct answer for this problem? Thank you! Answer by richard1234(7193) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! There are 23 numbers, seven of them (3,6,9,...,21) being multiples of 3. The probability is 7/23.
