BC and QR are proportional, this is given. We take the median of each which divides each segment in 1/2. Therefore, BD and QM are proportional.
AD and PM are proportional, this is given.
Therefore, triangles ABD and PQM are similar.
Angle B and Q are congruent are congruent, corresponding angles of similar triangles.
Therefore, triangle ABC is similar to PQR are similar by the SAS Similarity theorem.
