You can put this solution on YOUR website!
For what values of k will the line kx – 3y = 4k have a slope of 1?
:
Put the equation in the slope/intercept form
-3y = -kx + 4k
Multiply by -1
3y = kx - 4k
y = k%2F3x - 4%2F3k
slope = k%2F3
For what values k would the slope be 1?
k%2F3 = 1
k = 3
in the original equation
y = 3%2F3x - 4%2F3(3)
y = 1x - 4
