As the triangle ABC is isosceles, therefore 2 sides and corresponding 2 angles would be same.
Further, since sum of 3 interior angles is 180, so A+B+C = 180
Also given that vertex A is twice the measure of base B, then C=B (as triangle is isosceles).
2B+B+B = 180
4B= 180
B = 45
Ans : Angle C 45 deg
