You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Car A 40 kmph
Car B 60 kmph
Car A 08:00
Car B 12:00
Difference in time= 04:00 => 4 hours
Car A will have covered 160 miles before Car B starts from home
catch up distance= 160 miles
catch up speed = 60 -40 mph
catch up speed = 20 mph
Catchup time = catchup distance/catch up speed
catch up time= 160 / 20
catch up time= 8 hours
In 8 hours Car B would travel 8*60 = 480 miles.
That is where they meet
