log(subscript x)(16) = -2
log%28x%2C16%29+=+-2
Based on "log rules", this is equivalent to:
16+=+x%5E%28-2%29
16+=+1%2Fx%5E2
16x%5E2+=+1
x%5E2+=+1%2F16
x = 1/4
